The N.C. Ecosystem Enhancement Program's 2008-09 Annual Report represents a new format in meeting reporting requirements mandated under G.S. 143-214.13. This report is designed as primarily an electronic document, featuring interactive applications using Web technologies that invite reader participation into EEP's work. Features include video shorts of a tutuorial on EEP's Web mapping system; highlights from a 2008 episode of the educational TV show Aqua Kids featuring EEP; an online Feedback form; and a running table of contents to provide immediate jumps to any portion of the document.
