Based on recent discussions with the U.S. Army Corps of
Engineers and the N.C. Division of Water Quality, additional guidance concerning stream and wetland mitigation in the coastal plain will be issued in the near future. In order to allow all interested parties an opportunity to review and incorporate the
guidance into technical proposals submitted in response to Request For
Proposals (RFP) #16-D07033, the Closing Date for RFP16-D07033 has been
extended from 10:00 a.m. on March 28, 2007 until 10:00 a.m. on April 20, 2007.
This has been posted as Addendum No. 7 REVISED CLOSING DATE for Request
For Proposals No. 16-D07033 on the State of North Carolina Interactive
Purchasing System.
