Western Property Specialist Rusty Harris-Bishop graduated from the Natural Resource Leadership Institute in June as part of the tenth class. The mission of NRLI is to educate and support a diverse group of North Carolinians who are committed to seeking consensus on issues affecting the sustainable development of North Carolina's natural resources and the quality of our environment. NRLI is an interdisciplinary program of the N.C. Cooperative Extension Services at N.C. State University.
