This posting is to provide potential suppliers with advance information regarding EEP’s intent to request Full Delivery Proposals. This information is not official and may change at any time.

EEP’s operational plan calls for RFPs to be requested in two phases this fiscal year, the first in October/November 2005, the second in March/April 2006. This phased approach allows EEP’s suppliers to focus first on areas of mitigation need that have priority in terms of schedules established under EEP’s 2003 Memorandum of Agreement.

Information shown for March/April 2006 is blanked but shaded and indicates anticipated activity later in the fiscal year. After the first posting, EEP will be requesting advance information on the industry’s intent to pursue work outlined in the October/November RFP. Additional or supplemental RFPs will be forthcoming according to the results of that survey and may be in addition to those planned requests scheduled for March/April 2006.

The above information is based on forecasted needs. As in the past, EEP plans to target 14-digit cataloging units where the work will be directed. This information will be supplied with the official RFP.
