The Project Control and Research Section (PCR) is responsible for the
technical review and oversight of the EEP Design-Bid-Build programs, and administering the EEP Full-Delivery Program.
This
section conducts technical reviews of restoration plans, construction
plans and monitoring reports. This group handles acquisition of project
permits and permit modifications.
PCR identifies and directs research studies related to stream and
wetland restoration; water-quality improvement; and wetland and
riparian-habitat enhancement.
