The Ecosystem Enhancement Program’s Analysis and Procedures Section facilitates the transparency of program operations through:
- Production and publication of EEP annual reports to the General Assembly and quarterly reports to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
- Dissemination of information through website management, media news releases and responses to public-record inquiries.
- Development and maintenance of a Policy, Process and Procedures Manual encompassing the initiative’s strategic and operational goals.
- Development of the EEP Organizational Strategic Plan.
- Organizational development activities, including facilitation.
- Internal LAN management.
