The N.C. Ecosystem Enhancement Program is located in Suite 1H 103 of 2728 Capital Boulevard in Raleigh (Capital Boulevard is also U.S. Hwy. 1)

Parking and visitor pass directions

The building is located on Appliance Court, which is an access road parallel to Capital Boulevard. Appliance Court is the first right after turning from Capital Boulevard onto Westinghouse Boulevard. EEP's building is the first building on the left on Appliance Court.

Limited visitor parking in the front of the building is accessible by turning left from the access road and continuing to the marked visitor spaces in front of the building. If no parking is available, additional parking is available at the rear of the building, accessed by taking the third right (at the brown picnic shelter) after turning onto Westinghouse Boulevard and continuing up the hill to the lots.

Visitors to EEP are required to obtain a visitor pass at the guard desk at the main entrance to the building. A photo ID is required. If entering the building from the rear parking lots, the entrance is located near the brick guard building. Once entering the building, proceed to the guard desk in the main foyer to sign in.

Driving directions:

From downtown Raleigh: Follow Capital Boulevard north and pass over the I-440 Beltline. At second traffic light, turn right onto Westinghouse Boulevard. Refer to parking and visitor pass directions above.

From I-440 Beltline: From either direction, exit at signs for Capital Boulevard N. Turn right at the second traffic light onto Westinghouse Boulevard. Refer to parking and visitor pass directions above.

From I-85 South (Henderson, N.C. and points north): From I-85 S, take the U.S. 1 S exit (exit 218) at Henderson. Continue about 32 miles and turn left at the traffic light onto Westinghouse Boulevard immediately after passing under signs for I-440 connections. Refer to parking and visitor pass directions above.

From RDU International Airport: Follow airport signs to I-40 E. Follow I-40 E to the Wade Avenue exit in Raleigh (exit 289), and proceed to the I-440 N - U.S. 1 N exit onto I-440 N. Proceed for about seven miles to the Capital Boulevard N exit (exit 11). Merge immediately to the far-right lane, and turn right onto Westinghouse Boulevard at the second traffic light. From I-85 North/I-40 East: Follow I-40 E when it splits from I-85 N near Hillsborough. Refer to directions from RDU International Airport and parking and visitor pass directions above.

From I-95 (also for points east on I-40 West): From I-95, exit onto I-40 W. Follow I-40 W for about 24 miles and exit at I-440 E (exit 301). Proceed to exit for Capital Boulevard N (exit 11B). Stay in right lane, and turn right onto Westinghouse Boulevard at second traffic light. Refer to parking and visitor pass directions above.
